The 2011 vintage of our Essencia range was once again made from the Scheurebe grape. The harvest date was rare, as late as it gets, right in the middle of mild January 2012!
The quality: outstanding! This wine has already won two international gold awards, barely bottled! The aging in the bottle allows the wine to age well for at least another 20 years!
Beautiful golden yellow; a magnificent, hard-to-beat nose of peach, pear, and lychee. Complex on the palate; fruity yet full-bodied with extreme richness and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity! An eternity-long finish!
