KASHMIR 2021 Cuvée - 30 months barrique aging
Our Cashmere-Feine cult cuvée – now without histamine!
Dry, with only 1.0 g/l of residual sugar. Our 2021 Kashmir is again predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) to sharpen the wine's structure and profile. A further 30% Blaufränkisch was added, blended with the new red varieties Rösler and Rathay (10% each). A full-bodied, harmonious wine with body and length! Very dense and powerful! A great wine with ageing potential!
