Our Cashmere-Fine Cult Cuvée
Dry, with only 1.1 g/l of residual sugar. Our 2018 Kashmir is a worthy successor to the successful vintages of 2015 and 2016! The blend is again predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) to sharpen the wine's structure and profile. A further 30% Blaufraenkisch was added, blended with the new red varieties Roesler and Rathay (5% each). A full-bodied, harmonious wine with body and length! Very dense and powerful! A great wine with ageing potential!
